No. Only a provider with a medical degree can prescribe medications (MD, NP, etc). I can refer you to prescribing providers and we can discuss medication management if we feel this is the right path for you.

Unfortunately, these are not skills I am clinically trained in, but I can certainly refer you to wonderful providers who specialize in these topics.
What I can help you with is managing your relationship to these often challenging pain points in the early days of parenthood.
