  • My work is primarily to help you learn to assert yourself and improve communication with your family members. Depending on the case, and if it is clinically appropriate, we can discuss incorporating family sessions into your treatment plan.

  • There is no way I will ever know 100% what it is like to walk in your shoes. It is my job to lead with curiosity. I look forward to learning about your culture and background. I hope that our shared experience of being children of immigrants helps to build trust and rapport.

  • While I primarily see individuals in my practice, if it is clinically appropriate, we can discuss incorporating some couples sessions to your treatment plan.
